Prerequisites: Resume, Master Application,  Interest Assessment, Learning Style Assessment, Safety Handbook Review, Interview Prep and Training on How to Keep a Job. Look over the list and make sure you have completed these tasks. Evidence of each item should go into your portfolio. Along with a paper copy, each of my student’s should have an electronic copy in your google drive. If you are having problems getting into your drive- please come see me for help.

 

This week’s BLOG topic is on career exploration. This is not just something that you do at school or with your counselor. You can explore your future possibilities with some fun web sites on your own time. There are many virtual job shadow web sites linked in the BLOG. Which is your favorite? The first student who comments will receive a flash drive (for all your portfolio needs). Remember: You don’t need a fortune teller to explore your future….just your brain and some free resources to get started.
